From grounding mindfulness circles to soulful movement workshops, I’ve had the joy of creating and sharing a variety of yoga-centered experiences over the years. A gentle workshop leading participants through various calming Pranayama practices alongside restorative yoga asanas to completely relax and restore.
I host this very beautiful couples workshop with Tibetan Tantra teacher and sexologist, Laura Gates. It's a truly wonderful way for couples to connect with one another.
I collaborated with meditation teacher Victoria Larkins and functional mushroom company Mycolove to create a really lovely class that incorporated Slow Flow, breath-work and Reishi tincture.
